A quick and easy chilli oil noodle recipe for when hunger strikes and time is short. Choose your favourite noodles, toss them in a fragrant, garlicky sauce, and finish with fresh herbs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simple to make, big on flavour.

3 tbsp of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp of fermented chilli paste
2 tsp of tamari
1/2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
2 shallots, finely chopped
1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
150 grams of cooked noodles

Place oil in a heavy based pan and heat over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes (it should start to sizzle).
Add all remaining ingredients (except for the noodles), mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Toss with the noodles and garnish with salt, pepper and/or parsley.
