- 3/4 cup cacao powder 
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 
- 2-3 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup 
- 1 tsp salt (optional) 
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped

- Combine all ingredients (except hazelnuts) in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. 
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a board and spoon the chocolate mixture onto the paper. 
- Sprinkle roughly chopped hazelnuts over the chocolate and cover with another sheet of baking paper, press flat. 
- Place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours or until set.
